I choose a manufacturer, and you decided one single vehicle that they make or made (no matter how old, no matter how exclusive) to live with for the rest of your life. This is your only vehicle, and all expenses are paid for, including price of entry, insurance, gas, etc.
Let's start with Ferrari.
As much as I would love to choose the F40, I think that it might get a little tiring, driving it in town and in traffic every day of the week. Therefore, I'll go ahead and pick the FF in the color pictured above. It's a gorgeous car, and very capable as a driver. It'd make my semi-monthly trips to Southern Oregon an absolute blast.
This image was lost some time after publication.
What would you pick?
PS: pick a name for this game, and I'll try and post a new manufacturer on a regular basis.

I choose a Grigio Silverstone F430 Spider with a 6 speed and a red leather interior. I dont care that I have to use it every day. That is one of my favorite cars.

I think the FF is the wisest choice, unless we're considering the very rare 456 estate as an option:

Oh I forgot about that one. It's a damn good choice, though it has too many doors for my taste.

I'm not sure I'll commit just yet, but the 612 does look pretty comfortable.

The 612 was going to be my second choice. It definitely looks comfy, and it's also the Ferrari the everyone loves to hate. That gives it some sort of strange appeal to me.

Absolutely. We'll just tie this in with the "all expenses are paid for" clause.
Edit: Even if that means commissioning the world's best scientists to invent the time machine and whatnot.

I don't know how I could...it sort of comes down to opinion.
Maybe I can pick winning categories like most creative and most outrageous.

I was digging up a property corner by an intersection when I saw a dark grey one on the street the other day. They're quite attractive in person with the top down. Plus I gawked and said out loud "Whoa, nice car!" and the lady driving it smiled and was kind enough to reward me with a fairly hot tire-chirping take-off when the light changed, which sounded absolutely terrific.

Either the Dino 246 or the 275 GTB. There aren't many other ones that get my blood pumping to be perfectly honest.

I'd take a 550. Not the worst luggage space in the back and seeing that beautiful body everyday would make me forget about the lack of back seat and low ride height and such.

With the entire history and lineage of the greatest automobile manufacture of all time and you pick a modern hatchback? WTF

250 GTE for me. Columbo V12, and a back seat for the kiddo. I would never want anything else, except for the loaner while it is constantly being serviced.

612. It's still one of the best Ferrari's ever made, and surprisingly easy to live with compared to most of their cars. Prices are even at an all-time low right now, so I bet they start going back up as I own it. I think that in the long run, it will be a serious classic, especially since it was offered with a 540HP V12 with either the F1A paddles (awesome system) or A 6 speed manual!
The FF that replaced it was 4WD, no manual, much uglier, not
much
faster in top speed (but definitely faster accelerating).

Since someone already said Breadvan, I'm going with F40 Competizione (doesn't matter how tiring it would get in traffic still worth it!):

It snows a lot here, and an actual Ferrari would get stuck, rust in a year,or explode. Therefore I nominate the Pontiac Fiero

As much as I want to pick something from the '90s or earlier, the F12 Berlinetta would have all the performance I could ever want or need while still having a bearable GT side to it, and I could spend years of my life trying to become as fast and talented as it is. Only having two seats would be a pain, but maybe I could find a workaround or make a bespoke towing attachment for a trailer... or a caravan! Now there's a holiday! Pitch up, fuck off, come back exhausted and exhilarated with somewhere to sleep and almost no petrol left. The kids can ride in the caravan with walkie-talkies.
The lack of manual would cause me sadness for a while, though, until I eventually got over it and embraced hyperactive speedy racecar gear changes!
